These terms govern your use of the SetSteady app ("SetSteady", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
You must be at least 13, or older where your country sets a higher minimum age for digital consent, and able to form a binding agreement. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure.
SetSteady helps you build a consistent gym routine: it verifies gym attendance using your device location at the moment you check in and confirm, tracks goals and streaks, optionally reads daily steps from Apple Health, and lets you stay accountable with a small private crew.
The location check is designed to make attendance honest, but it is not infallible and is not a security or fraud-prevention system. We don't guarantee that every verified session reflects a completed workout, and you shouldn't rely on SetSteady for anything beyond personal motivation and accountability.
Don't misuse the app — including attempting to fake check-ins, abuse or harass other crew members, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
You own the content you create (e.g. your "why", crew name, shared cards). You grant us a limited licence to store and display it as needed to run the app. You're responsible for what you share with your crew.
SetSteady is not a medical or fitness-advice service. Always exercise sensibly and consult a professional before changing your activity levels.
SetSteady is currently free. If we introduce paid features in future, the price, billing, and renewal terms will be shown clearly before you purchase, and any purchases are handled by the App Store under Apple's terms.
You can stop using SetSteady and delete your account at any time from You → Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.
SetSteady is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from reliance on the app's verification or data.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
